Shipping Policy

Shipping Details

Customers that have a shipping address within a 20 mile radius of our warehouse will be eligible for FREE LOCAL DELIVERY. All other customers are eligible for FREE SHIPPING contingent upon their order total exceeding $150.00 (after discounts have been applied). Customers with an order total less then $150.00 (after discounts have been applied) have the opportunity to select Standard Shipping ($6.99) or Expedited Shipping ($14.99).

Standard Shipping

A flat rate of $6.99 shipping fee will be charged if you do not meet the qualifications for free shipping. After your order is processed, shipping times usually take anywhere from 3-7 business days. 

Expedited Shipping 

You may upgrade to expedited shipping for a flat rate fee of $14.99. Once your order is processed and shipped, it is due to arrive within 1-3 days. 

Please Note: Please double check your shipping address- You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees. 

Processing Time 

Orders are quickly processed as soon as they are received and are aimed to be packaged, shipped, and delivered within 2-7 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. Again, you are responsible for entering your correct shipping address when you place your order. Please note that delivery times do not include additional delays due to weather, weekend delivery, or delays due to major holidays. 

Please Note: USPS is experiencing delays and unprecedented volume increases at this time. USPS is often delaying packages in transit & shipping delivery dates are not always guaranteed.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.  

Please Note: Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for lost packages. If your package is lost in transit, you will need to file a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.
