Return Policy

We hope that you love all your purchases from Golden Warrior! However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for store credit only if returned within 14 days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. Sale items, accessories and jewelry are final sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with Golden Warrior tags attached to the garment.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. 

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or if you have received the wrong item. Damaged items must be reported within two days of receiving your order. Please email us at shopgoldenwarrior@gmail.com to allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
